Client Requirements

EMERUS expressed a need to reduce their total electricity costs and optimise consumption at the plant, whilst ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the aluminium production process. 

Our analysis identified areas with potential for improvements in the operation of the ventilation system, compressors, and machinery with higher installed capacities, particularly during periods of increased consumption.

Our Solution

Our team conducted a detailed analysis of the existing systems and introduced a series of optimisation measures: adjusting the ventilation operating mode to actual requirements, regulating the compressor operation, and aligning machine operation with process requirements.

Additionally, by changing the operating schedule of high power machines, peak network load was reduced, and a proposal for the modernisation of compressor stations was made.
